Yoshiko Haseo, Doll Artisan
Known for her exquisite chirimen fabric creations, Yoshiko Hase has been crafting miniature Kyoto Gion Festival floats and traditional dolls for over two decades.
Every July, chirimen hoko (miniature Kyoto Gion Festival floats) are displayed at Shoyeido Stores.
In honor of Yoshiko Hase's 80th birthday celebration, we are pleased to present a special exhibition showcasing her works.
